These terms govern chimney sweep services provided by Colorado Chimney Sweeps.

Scope of Work

We deliver services listed on written estimates or invoices. Additional work requires client approval before completion.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and approved checks.

Colorado Chimney Sweeps warranties parts and labor as noted on your invoice. Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

Clients must keep the work area clear of vehicles, debris, and hazards. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

Colorado Chimney Sweeps is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages outside the scope of agreed services.
